Apple Cinnamon PB Oats

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 1 apple

  • 2 tablespoon peanutbutter

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 cups almond milk

Steps:

Combine oats and milk, heat in a microwave for 2-3 minutes.  Add additional milk if needed, cut apples, peanut butter and cinnamon.  Enjoy!

Notes:

This breakfast takes minutes to prepare and keeps me going for a long time!  It's high in protein and fats (the good kind) to give you energy for the day.
