Garden Tomatoes and Basil

Sweet, tangy and delicious!

1 vine ripened tomato sliced
12 fresh basil leaves stems removed
drizzle aged balsamic vinegar
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
to taste black pepper freshly ground
to taste sea salt


  • Slice tomatoe into 6 slices and place on a serving plate.
  • Place two basil leaves on each tomato slice.
  • Drizzle with oil and vinegar.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
