Garden Tomatoes and Basil
Sweet, tangy and delicious!
Serves Serves 2
1 vine ripened tomato sliced
12 fresh basil leaves stems removed
drizzle aged balsamic vinegar
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
to taste black pepper freshly ground
to taste sea salt
- Slice tomatoe into 6 slices and place on a serving plate.
- Place two basil leaves on each tomato slice.
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
