Tomato Avocado Salad

Quick, easy and delicious!


Serves 4


2 cups baby greens rinsed and dried
1 avocado halved, pit removed and sliced
6 cherry tomatoes halved
1 tablespoon hemp oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon + dash sea kelp granules
1/8 teaspoon agave nectar


  • Prepare the dressing: add oil, lemon juice, mustard, 1/4 teaspoon sea kelp, and agave in a cup and whisk to blend. Set aside.
  • Place the greens on two salad plates, arrange the avocados and tomatoes on top of the greens. Drizzle with the salad dressing and sprinkle a dash of kelp on top.
