Spouted Mung Bean Sliders

This is a very delicious and healthy alternative to burgers. Smaller than usual bergers, they can either top salads or make sliders

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 cup mung bean sprouted
3 tablespoon cilantro chopped
3 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 green chillies ground
2 tablespoon grapeseed oil

Directions:

  • Blend the sprouted mung beans along with a little water in a mixer to form a smooth paste.
  • Add all ingredients except the oil, mix well.
  • Form into small burgers, cook in a pan with a little oil, till both sides are brown, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Serve either on a salad, or with ketchup. mustard and greens on a small roll.
