Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This is a quick and delicious way to prepare Brussels Sprout that will make even the picky eat their veggies!

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 pound brussels sprout
3 tablespoon grapeseed oil
4 cloves garlic minced
to taste sea salt
to taste ground black pepper

Directions:

  • Trim ends off the Brussels Sprouts, remove any yellow leaves. Cut into half any Brussels Sprouts that are much larger than the rest.
  • Toss in Oil, Salt and Pepper. Lay evenly in a large baking dish such that leaving room between them.
  • Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
  • Serve Hot.

Notes:

  • The trick to baking vegetables such that they come out crisp is to leave room between them. When they are oo close, there is no room for the water in the vegetables to escape, ending up steaming instead of roasting the vegetables.
