Green & Purple Radish Sprout Salad
Strong Radish flavor with a zing!
1/2 cup purple radish sprouts
1/2 cup green radish sprouts
1 2-inch baby dill pickle minced
2 teaspoons hemp oil
2 teaspoons brown rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kelp granules
- Place spouts and pickle in a small bowl. Add the oil, vinegar and kelp and toss to mix.
- Divide evenly on two serving plates. Enjoy.
