Chocolate Mousse (Raw)
Rich and decadent!
3 medium avocado
1/2 cup grade b maple syrup
1 tablespoon maple sugar crystals
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon low sodium nama shoyu
1 cup cocoa powder
- Blend avocados, maple syrup, mayple sugar crystals, coconut oil, vinegar, vanilla and shoyu untill smooth and creamy.
- Add the cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
- Place in individual serving dishes. You may top with raspberries and mint. It may also be frozen and served as a rich frozen chocolate treat.
