Creamy-Frothy Canteloupe Soup

This is a delicious starter soup for summer

Serves Serves 2 as an appetizer

Ingredients:

1/2 canteloupe Seeds removed and rind removed
1 medium Lemon juiced
2 small limes juiced

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds)
  • Pour into 2 bowls and serve.
